Time To Plan
Props:
Since my group and I decided to do a relationship breakup music video the props will be, a phone, a car, a pool table, a plastic bag, and a bed.
Costumes:
In our music video, we will have two of our group members and a non-group member. The main character's costume will be street trendy. The "girlfriend" character will be wearing a casual outfit. The "Perpetrator" character will wear dark clothing. At the end of the video, the main character will change into night apparel.
Schedule:
On 11/12/21, our group research the conventions needed for the music video.
On 11/16/21, our group establish the props, costumes, schedule, locations, and a backup plan.
On 11/19/21, our group will create the storyboard for the music video.
On 11/29/21, our group will film and record the shots for the music video.
On 12/1/21, our group will film, record, and reshoot the shots for the music video.
On 12/3/21, our group will edit and add the final touches to the commercial.
Location List:
Our main location is going to be one of our group members' house. At their house we will film the actors playing billiards, texting on their phones, and waking up in bed.
Another location will be the parking garage. We will film the perpetrator abducting one of the actors, texting in the car, and walking to the car.
Backup Plan:
If we cannot film at the selected house we will use a different group member's house. If we cannot use the parking garage we will use the parking lot. If we cannot complete or finish one of the planned days we will push back the schedule. We will change the costumes if they are unavailable. We will also ensure that we have multiple actors back logged so in the worst case scenario a new actor will be readily available.
Safety:
We will have a first aid kit and phones to help anyone if they get injured. We will film during the day as well for better visibility. We will also reserve the club room in the apartment complex to avoid unwanted intrusion and interaction.
